At Sentosa

On the 22nd of September, my father's company held their annual family day at Mempari Beach, Sentosa.
There are 8 game stalls and one of them is "Shoot the insects"(picture). It was very difficult to shoot the insects with the bow and arrow but I once shot a ladybug! The man standing behind me is my father and he also agrees with me that it was very difficult to shoot the insects too. The next thing is about the lucky draw after the celebration. The second winning number was 8071 but our number was 8072! Yesterday, I saw Samuel at Causeway Point. I said hello to him and he said goodbye. When my family and I went into a food mall in Causeway Point, I also saw Uno! And happy Children's Day!

Happy Children's Day!!!!

The Children's Day concert was awesome! I really,really love the songs.
But the part when all the teachers dance, was just perfect. I really loved it. Maybe next year the concert will be better. But I also felt sorry for the Primary 6, this would be their last Children's Day.

Its my first time to have Children's Day here.
My first Children's Day was so fun.
I received gifts from Ms. Chua and Ms. Aziana.
Thank you Ms. Chua for the gifts you gave.
The show was funny at the same time interesting.
Mr. Ang was the funniest for me.
I laugh so hard when he shook his but.
I was a kind of bored when it was the talk about Global Warming and Climate Changing.
But it still taught us something.
I liked the dance of some teachers.
I was surprised when I saw Ms. Kris Ong looking like a real student.
I was so surprised when my sister(3-Caring)show me her gifts.
It was so many.Almost all her teachers gave her gifts.
I had the best time of my life.
I hope that next year Children's Day will be nicer and more interesting.

The most Dangerous thing that happened to me...

Last Tuesday during Band, my recruits were chatting with me under the Gong(the picture above is a Gong) I was chatting halfway until I went to practise on my bells when suddenly I heard a scream! It was my recruits . The Gong was going to fall on them!!!! I quickly called Uno and the rest to help. (Uno was at the scene) We tried to make it upright again but it was too HEAVY!!!!!! My friends pushed it upright and my recruits were safe and sound... Was that scary? A heavy Gong fallen on you? Ouch! How painful is that? For more in information on Gongs go to Google.com! *Maths Test*

Hi everybody.I was so disappointed when I saw my scores in the test.The more I was disappointed to know that I needed just 2 marks to pass the test.
I hope I can go back in time to correct my mistakes.When I told it to my parents I thought that they would be so upset but they weren't so upset they just encouraged me to try harder next time and I thought to myself 'Yah!I can still improve in my studies'. I thank God that I have so loving parents.I hoped I did not make so careless mistakes, just like not remembering to put arrows in the parallel lines.Another careless mistake was not making the fraction to its simplest form.Well now I have to face the consequences: Staying back for remedial every Thursday, from 1:30 to 2:30.I thanked God that I did not have to stay until 5:00.I hope that now that I have Remedial lessons I can improve on my studies.Ms. Chua said that they were 4 failures in the test, I hope that those 4 failures will try harder to score higher marks in SA2.I understand that Ms. Chua is doing everything to let us score higher in the exams that's why she had to let us have Remedials.Well Good luck to those who got low marks and thank you Ms. Chua for helping us score high in the exams.

every week, i only have about 3 days of rest. why? i have weiqi on monday and band on tuesday, wednesday and saturday. on saturday i have tuition and religious class also. usually on saturday, i would feel tired when i reach home because i have to go from place to place and it is REALLY TIRING. you wouldn't even want to have a day like mine... But I am sure one day the hard work will be paid off!

The Best Syphony EVER!

WOW! At Victoria Concert, the Singapore Wind Symphony was performing there! Me, Hidayah, Amir, Wei Zhi and David were there watching the performance.I Love the concert. It was fantastic! Our Band Conductor, Mr Faizal was playing the Trumpet. Even Mr Badrul was there! We all had a great time if you want to see them, there will be another performance at March 2008. Do catch them next year! :)

Hi everybody !
Yesterday ,my family and I went to SENTOSA where we cycled .
We also played table tennis. It was indeed, really fun.What's more, Iwon my dad two times!!!
Later, we cycled to 4 series to have our dinner/super at 9.30pm(whatever you call it).
Then ,we headed back home . We had to put on the blinkers so that it will be safer.
We reached home, we all took a shower as it drizzled a little on the way back.
Before we went to bed ,all of us watch some TV programmes and ate my favourite white chocolates !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rifah - Haha..I realise something...most of you are keeping the class in suspense by telling part of your trip in the blog. It is like showing the trailer of the movie and then making us wait to see the whole thing. Okay, I shall wait to see your photographs taken in Sunway Lagoon during your "Show & Tell".

Melissa - I get surprises from you...First surprise - you look so gentle and shy but you are a TAEKWANDO expert... Second surprise - You actually like action-packed movie..hmmm....ren bu ke mao xiang!!

Darren - Yeeks... I don't think cockcroaches and lizards actually help to clean up garbages and rubbish. I think they appear when you leave food lying around and they will mess them up even more and will also spread germs. I definitely would not want any of these in my house. I am terrified of cockcroaches too. There was once I sprayed Bygone in my grandma's kitchen and the very next morning, there were about twenty of them lying and crawling on the floor. I almost fainted. I had goose pimples when I saw them.

Celine - I didnt know you had such a high fever during the holidays. You came back to school the following day? Wow, you are really a strong girl. Yes, I received many sms telling me that the papers were very difficult. But they do make you think hard right? Exercise brain power! :)

Kai Leong - Don't worry that you can't change the text colour. What is more important is the content. You went to the Discovery Centre? Did you see the portrait of President Nathan? The one which can turn? Yes, that was a good movie. My nephew said it was the best movie he had seen in the last 5 years...and he is only 4 plus..hahaha..

Shi Jia & Eunice - Is Minyi attending the same tuition class as both of you. I remember both of you coming to ask me a question on Math and it was supposed to be your Math tuition work right?

Jonathan - Another X-box fan..I think the boys in the class just love to play X-box games. Do you often meet up with your relatives? I think it is a very good bonding time. I only have steam boat on the eve of Lunar New Year.

Wei Xiang - I think you and Rifah will be super salesman/woman in the near future! You are so good at 'advertising' your next "Show & Tell". I am really looking forward to learning to fold something special from you. Can you bring some unique Origami to show to the class as well on your "Show & Tell" day?

Maria - I hope you were not too frightened by the tremors. My friend told me that she had to walk down 16 storeys in total darkness when there was an earthquake in Taiwan. I think I will be too scared to do anything in total darkness...

HAIRSPRAY

I went to J8 to watch Hairspray just now. I didn't expect it to be so entertaining. I read Rifah and Celine's blogs about the movie but I thought they love it because of ZAC Efron. I love the songs and the dances! I was tapping my fingers and feet throughout the movie. I particularly like that part when Tracy's parents made up and sang together at the "laundry drying" area after the misunderstanding. It was so touching. If you like songs, dances and not forgetting ZAC, go catch the movie before the exams!! :)

Earthquake!!!!

There was were two earthquakes on Tuesday and Wednesday in Indonesia.
My parents both felt the earthquake in there offices, they felt their desks moving.
The first earthquake was 8.4 on the Richter scale. The second earthquake was 7.2 on the Richter scale. The first earthquake was the biggest earthquake in the world.
I also felt the first earthquake on my sofa, I was watching tv when I felt the sofa move, I thought that my mind was going crazy, but when I checked the sofa was really shaking!! Maybe not many of you felt it, but it was a bit strong.

My Favourite Game is World of Warcraft:The Burning Crusade as it is fun to play.You can level up to level 70 and you can get a mount to ride when you're at least level 40. The mount increases the average speed by 60%.Other mounts can be more faster than the normal mount including the flying mount and the epic mount.There are 10 races and 2 sides to choose from.The 2 sides are the Alliance and the Horde.The races from the Alliance are Human,Night Elf,Dwarf,Gnome and Dranei.The races from the Horde are Orc,Undead,Tauren,Troll and Blood Elf.There are many quests to do,many enemies to kill,many weapons to wield and many types of armor to wear.There are also many modes to play like the Normal mode or the Player Versus Player mode.It's an epic adventure like no other...

I am sorry Maria! I did not know that your party turn out to be a failure!But you enjoy the movie,did you? I enjoyed it too! Now, about my holidays, I did my homework the 3 VERY DIFFICULT PAPER!!!! I went for Band on Tuesday and Wednesday,I fell sick on the Monday and the doctor said that it could be DENGUE FEVER!!!!! But I recovered tomorrow! I was very scared because my temperature was 40+ degree!!!!!!!!!
But I still recover that is why I am back in school today! Once again I am sorry Maria! Have a nice day! :)

the robotics compotion we saw every school have sell things and can play game. We also have a game is asking question to win sweets just for 10cents but we lost the compertion our 1 mission got 0 points 2 mission also get 0 (T.T)

The movie I watched.

On 1st Of September, I went to the Yishun Golden Village Cinema to watch a movie called " The Bourne Ultimaton " It is a thriller and action - packed all the way. The main charater of the story is actually " David Webb " , who went for an experiment and changed his identity to " Jason Bourne " He spent three years trying to figure out his real identity. It is similar to Die Hard 4.0, only abit different. They are similar in a way that both are thriller movies and both movie's has someone trying to kill them. I have enjoyed both movies, just that some parts I do not understand.

Ratatouille

Hi Folks,

I went to watch "Ratatouille" yesterday. It is a very entertaining movie. It is about a lovable rat, Remy, who dreams of becoming a cook after getting all the inspirations through TV programmes and books from the famous French chef, Gusteau. Remy has senses so refined that he refuses to eat garbage and is the "poison detector" for all the rats. He gets his opportunity to become a cook after he is separated from his family and has landed in Paris.

He happens to help a garbage boy, Linguini, to create a special soup that is so popular in the restaurant. They work out a system to cooperate and create the finest cuisine in France.

I'll not tell you how they work together, it will only spoil the fun (Haha). I find that the story writer is fascinating. How would anyone think of putting a rat in a kitchen and what more an incredibly great cook? We would definitely freak out if we find a rat in the kitchen (and yes, there are rats in the staff room!).

I like Gusteau's slogan "Anyone Can Cook". It is with great determination and passion that we can do what we want to do. Similarly for you, "Anyone Can Study" applies. I know all of you can excel in whatever, if you are determined enough.
